The Sullivan Police Department made 16 arrests for the week of October 14 through October 21 in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were: Oct. 15: Alisha Parker, 24, was arrested for alleged shoplifting from Fricks Market, 45 North Clark, and Crawford County warrant, bond $500 and a St. Clair warrant,
