The Sullivan Police Department made 29 arrests for the week of September 2 through September 8 in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were: Sept. 2: Kyle J. Mercer, 31, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $101.25.
