The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of July 1 through July 7 in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were: July 4: Lee Ann Fieser, 56, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for driving while intoxicated, $15,000 bond. Fieser was held in the Sullivan Jail. July 5:
