The Sullivan Police Department made nine arrests for the week of Sept. 4 through Sept. 10 in the City of Sullivan. This week's arrests were: Sept. 6: Jamie Gilmore, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for alleged failure to appear in court on the original charge of dog bite.
