Bourbon council members on Tuesday agreed to Mayor Danny Skaggs’ proposal ending the fall trash collection after tires and propane tanks were thrown into the dumpster.
The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of May7 through May 13 in the City of Sullivan.

The Bourbon School Board is seeking a new member and will hold a special session Tuesday, June 5 at 6 p.m. to interview interested candidates.
The Bourbon School Board voted in March to finalize the 2018-2019 calendar, as classes will begin Wednesday, Aug. 15 and end May 23, 2019.
Two Sullivan residents were injured in an ATV accident May 12 on Seminary Road, nearly two miles west of Erni Road in Franklin County.
