The much anticipated Sullivan Route 66 Splash Park project appears to be closer to opening sometime this August following a report to the Sullivan City Council on Tuesday, July 17 by City Engineer
The Sullivan City Council, in a 4-1 vote, approved the sale of the former Sullivan Library facility and property to the Sullivan School District on Tuesday.
A joint investigation on Tuesday led to the raid of Peace of Mind stores in Sullivan, Festus and Park Hills.
The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of July 16 through July 22 in the City of Sullivan.
