The Sullivan City Council met Tuesday night for a public hearing to review the $22.4 million budget and discuss how to distribute funds that will be collected from Proposition P.
A woman getting into her vehicle Wednesday night was startled when she looked in her review mirror and observed a male subject in the backseat.
The Sullivan Police Department made eight arrests for the week of August 27 through August 31 in the City of Sullivan.

Electrify America has begun its 10-year project to provide a Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure and education program in the United States that includes a charging station being constructed
The Sullivan Police Department will begin receiving funds from Proposition P in January.
