The Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office filed a charge this week against an imprisoned Steelville man who fled from Sullivan Police armed with a pistol and various other weapons.
A Cuba man was reportedly upset over a door knob and allegedly threatened to bash a family member’s vehicle with a baseball bat.

A 69-year-old Sullivan resident received serious injuries in a two-vehicle accident after falling asleep at the wheel Wednesday, November 7, on westbound I-44 at the 226.2 mile marker.
A garage was destroyed by fire early Saturday, November 10, at 249 Virginia Street, that resulted in damages to several personal items, including a lawn mower and motorcycle.
