Fidelity Communications Acquired By Cable One, Inc.

Cable One announced on Monday that it has agreed to purchase Fidelity Communications data, video, voice and other assets for $525.9 million in cash.

A Sullivan man was arrested Friday night after he led Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies and Bourbon police on a pursuit.

Jerry King, Jr., 51, has been taken into custody.
