Charges were filed against a New York man who was operating a tractor trailer without a license, struck a vehicle at the St. Clair rest area and left the scene on March 20.
Two women had serious injuries March 21 in a crash on Highway H near Why Not Road in Franklin County.
Since August 2023, at least four subjects have been charged in road rage incidents in Crawford and Franklin counties.
All four cases are still working through the court system.
The North Crawford County Ambulance District is seeking a $4 million bond issue on the April 2 ballot.
No-excuse absentee voting for the April 2 election began for registered voters on Tuesday.
