Villa Ridge Man Faces Drug Charge In Illinois

A Villa Ridge man has been charged after he was allegedly caught with 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine in Bethalto, Ill.

Frank Brodeur, 36, faces a Class X charge for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

According to the Alton Telegraph, Brodeur was arrested May 1.

The incident took place in a trailer park in East Alton where a possible burglary was reported.

Officers were in the trailer park at the time of the call and took Brodeur into custody.

During the investigation, officers seized about 50 grams of suspected methamphetamine. A digital scale and baggies also were recovered.
