Villa Ridge Man Breaks Into Home While Resident Sleeps
A Villa Ridge man is accused of breaking into a home in Gray Summit while the resident slept.
Chaz Spencer has been charged with first-degree burglary.
He is a suspect in other burglaries and theft investigations in the Pacific area.
Charges are pending in those cases.
Spencer’s bond has been set at $250,000.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 300 block of Highway MM in Gray Summit on April 18 for a burglary.
The reporting party was sleeping inside the residence and when they woke up, noticed several items had been taken.
Surveillance footage showed a man inside the home.
Spencer was developed as a suspect an arrested May 1.
