Three Arrested For Disrupting Sullivan Municipal Court
Three people were arrested March 8 for disrupting proceedings at the Sullivan Municipal Court.
A 44-year-old Sullivan woman, a 32-year-old Rolla man and 27-year-old St. Louis man were arrested for contempt of court.
According to the Sullivan Police Department, the Sullivan woman disrupted court proceedings and allegedly spat on the prosecuting attorney.
She was taken into custody and held at the Crawford County Jail.
Police are seeking charges for resisting arrest and assault.
During another incident, a witness testifying against the Rolla man discovered the brake lines to their vehicle had been cut while parked outside of Sullivan City Hall, where court is held.
The Rolla man was taken into custody after disrupting the witness.
The St. Louis man was taken into custody for disrupting the court.
