Sullivan Man Arrested Following Short Foot Pursuit

A 55-year-old Sullivan man was arrested after an alert Sullivan Police officer observed what appeared to be marijuana bags hanging from his back pants pocket.
The incident occurred at Dirt Cheap, 771 North Service Rd. West at 4:47 a.m. Saturday morning when the officer approached the man and asked to speak with him.
