Silver Advisory Issued For Sullivan Woman With Early Stages Of Dementia

Washington County has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 14331 Goose Creek Roads in Sullivan at 2 pm on July 29

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:

Carol Marie Nance, a white, female, age 65, height 5'04, 116 lbs, gray hair, blue eyes

Unique characteristics:  wears glasses

 Diagnosed Medical Condition(s):  Early stages of dementia

Vehicle Information:

Blue 2004 Dodge Dakota bearing Illinois license plates 33761B-B (expired) - which are affixed to the vehicle.  The vehicle also has Missouri license plates of 2PDY31 displayed in the windows.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:

Nance is from Springfield, Ill., and new to the area. She may be trying to return to Illinois. She has extensive medical history, problems with the heat, and can get very dizzy.      

Anyone seeing the missing person or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Washington County Sheriff's Department at (573) 438-0040.
