Police Arrest Fugitive On Medical Scene

The Washington Police Department arrested a fugitive Feb. 21 who was a witness on the scene of a medical incident.

Jeremy T. Farmar, a convicted felon, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.

According to the probable cause statement, officers were dispatched to the Washington Library for a medical-related incident.

Farmar was identified as a witness to the emergency. Police then found he had three warrants for his arrest and a firearm in his possession.

Farmar is a convicted felon and disqualified from owning a firearm.
