Man Wanted By SPD Arrested In St. Clair

Franklin County law enforcement officers arrested a St. Clair man with outstanding warrants from the Sullivan Police Department.
Philip J. Sohn, 38, was arrested after the Franklin County SWAT team, narcotics detectives, deputies and St. Clair police officers executed a search warrant in the 900 block of Virginia Street around 1:45 p.m.
Officers seized around five ounces of suspected methamphetamine.
Soon has been wanted by Sullivan Police since January 2022 on second-degree assault on law enforcement, first-degree property damage and resisting arrest.
The charges stem from August 2020.
