Man Charged With Assault In Road Rage
A Franklin County man has been charged in a road rage incident that occurred last September.
James A. Oshea, of Marthasville, faces fourth-degree assault and first-degree property damage charges.

It began on Highway 47 in Warren County and ended in the parking lot in the 900 block of Fifth Street in Washington.
