Man Allegedly Throws Girlfriend Through Window

A St. Clair man was arrested March 19 after he allegedly threw his girlfriend through a window.

Bradley Mahurin, 37, faces one count of second-degree domestic assault and third-degree domestic assault.

The St. Clair Police Department reported that the victim had bruises, a swollen eye and cuts.

Mahurin was located in a bedroom where police said he was intoxicated. The window was broken out and there was broken glass outside the home.

Mahurin said the victim wouldn’t leave him alone and that she was always intoxicated.

He said they had gotten into a fight and the window was broken during that altercation. Mahurin denied throwing the victim through the window and said she “falls down a lot.”
