Hammer-Swinging Cuba Man Charged With Assault, Armed Criminal Action

A Cuba man accused of swinging a hammer and making homicidal threats to a victim has been charged.
The suspect faces one count of third-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action.
Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Mueller Drive in Cuba on June 14 for a man that was wielding an ax and threatening a victim.
Two people exited the home when officers arrived.
