Gerald Man Seriously Injured

A 35-year-old Gerald man received serious injuries following a single vehicle accident on Highway H at Crestwood Ace, Wednesday, at 7:36 p.m.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol the accident occurred when Zachary Kitchen, 35, Gerald, operating a Northbound 2002 Jeep Wrangler, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Kitchen, not wearing a seatbelt, received serious injuries and was flown by Arch Helicopter to Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, for treatment.
