Franklin County Sheriff's Office Seeking Man Wanted For Statutory Rape

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Donald Eugene Fields. 

Donald Eugene Fields is described as a white male in his late 50s, 6’ feet tall, 220 lbs with brown hair, hazel eyes, and with possible facial hair.

Donald Eugene Fields has outstanding warrants for: 

- Tamper or attempt to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution

- Statutory Rape – 1st degree – Sexual Intercourse with a person less than 14 years old

- Statutory Rape – 2nd degree

The subject is believed to be in the Union or St. Louis City areas.
