Franklin County Reports 72 Percent Turnout

Unofficial election results from Franklin County show turnout was 72 percent in the 2024 election.

Of the county’s 77,754 registered voters, 56,073 cast ballots.

Franklin County voters broke for Republicans up and down the ballot:

President, Donald Trump: 72 percent

Governor, Mike Kehoe: 72 percent

Lt. Governor, Dave Wasinger: 69 percent

US Senator, Josh Hawley: 67 percent

Secretary of State, Denny Hoskins: 70 percent

State Treasurer, Vivek Malek: 69 percent

Attorney General, Andrew Bailey: 73 percent

State Representative District 109, John Simmons: 72 percent

State Representative District 118, Mike McGirl: 97 percent

State Representative, District 119,  Brad Banderman: 71 percent

US Representative District 2, Ann Wagner: 69 percent

Amendment 2 (sports wagering), NO: 54 percent

Amendment 3 (abortion), NO: 60 percent

Amendment 5 (casino), NO: 56 percent

Amendment 6 (court fees for sheriffs/prosecutors retirement), NO: 59 percent

Amendment 7 (ban on ranked choice voting), YES: 74 percent

Proposition A (minimum wage increase), NO: 52 percent
