Five Arrested On Warrants For Sex Crimes Against Children

On November 24, members of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office executed five warrants involving crimes against children.  The following subjects were arrested on their outstanding warrants.

Travis L. Hedrick, 31-year-old male from Gray Summit, charged with Statutory Rape 1st Degree and Enticement of a child less than 15 years old.  His bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only.

Kodey A. Struckhoff, 18-year-old male from Union, charged with Sexual Misconduct involving a child under 15.  His bond was set at $25,000.00

Dylan D Downey, 25-year-old male from St. Clair, charged with Child Molestation 4th Degree and Enticement of a Child.  His bond was set at $100,000.00

Brett M. Valley, 23-year-old male from Bourbon, charged with Sexual Exploitation of a minor, Sexual Misconduct involving a minor, Enticement of a Child, and Furnishing Pornographic Material.  His bond was set at $75,000.00 cash only.

Christopher J. Stein, 31-year-old male from New Haven, arrested on a federal detainer for Receipt of Child Pornography.  No Bond.
