FCSO Investigating Deadly Shooting At Robertsville Home

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting at a Robertsville home that happened Aug. 1.
Andrew Townley, 18, St. Louis, died at the home, located in the 500 block of Hill Drive.
According to Sheriff Steven Pelton, deputies responded after 9 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
The shooter arrived at the location and two males allegedly attacked him. During the altercation he pulled a gun from his pocket and fired, striking one of them.
The shooter left the residence on foot and went to a nearby residence where the homeowner called 911, saying there was a man covered in blood.
