Cuba Man Fatally Injured In Overnight Crash On Interstate 44

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a Cuba man had fatal injuries Monday in a crash on Interstate 44 at the 207 mile marker.
The accident occurred at 1:19 a.m.
Justin Studdard, 33, was traveling eastbound in a 2006 Ford Ranger when he drove off the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
The vehicle came to a rest on its side.
Studdard was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis where he was pronounced dead at 10:57 a.m.
He was not wearing a seat belt.
