Cuba Man Charged With Murder in St. Louis County

A Cuba man was charged Sunday in a deadly shooting in Hanley Hills, Mo.
Terry Winebarger, 50, faces first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges in the death of John Stevens, 43.
Winebarger is accused of shooting Stevens inside a home in the 7800 block of Utica Drive.
Stevens was found dead inside the home Saturday.
Winebarger is being held at the St. Louis County Jail.
