Phelps County Man Indicted For Child Molestation

A Phelps County man was indicted June 2 on allegations that he molested a child.
Cole A. Elsey, of St. James, has been charged with second-degree child molestation — child less than 17 and offender greater than four years older — and incest.
Elsey is accused of molesting the victim between July 26, 2023 and Oct. 23, 2023 in Phelps County.
