Juvenile Flown To Hospital Following ATV Crash

A juvenile was flown to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis on Monday after crashing an ATV in Crawford County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the crash occurred on a private drive on Highway O. The juvenile, an 8-year-old boy from Houston, Mo., was operating a 2003 Can-Am when he traveled off the left side of a private road and struck a tree.

The boy was not wearing a safety device.
