Cuba Man Sentenced On Child Pornography Charge
A Cuba man has been sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for possessing child pornography.
Edward Cunningham-Hutson, 33, pleaded guilty Feb. 10.
Cunningham-Hutson was arrested in November 2024 in the 200 block of Highway P in Cuba.
Authorities recovered 25 images of child porn from Cunningham-Hutson’s phone, some of which were artificially generated.
The probable cause statement said Cunningham-Hutson’s wife reported his activity to the police. She took video of the images on his phone.
Multiple photos were from a website called “Playground AI Art Generator.”
The case was bound over to the circuit court on Feb. 6, where Cunningham-Hutson waived his arraignment and entered a guilty plea.
Cunningham-Hutson is being held at the Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center.
