Cuba Man Charged In Child Porn Investigation

A Cuba man has been charged after police allegedly recovered 25 images of child pornography on his phone, some of which may have been generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
Edward Cunningham-Hutson faces one count of possessing child pornography.
Cunningham-Hutson was arrested Nov. 25.
According to the probable cause statement, his wife reported his activity to the police. She took a video of images she found on his phone.
Cunningham-Hutson gave consent to a search of his phone. Multiple photographs contained child pornography, which he said came from a website called “Playground AI Art Generator.”
Cunningham-Hutson is being held on a $100,000 bond.
