County Still Undecided On Moving Extension To STE

Crawford County is still undecided on moving the University of Missouri Extension Office to a space at STE.
The extension has been offered a space at $700 per month. The offer has been on the table for the past few months, but the commission hesitated on signing the contract Feb. 13.
Presiding Commissioner Steve Black described STE as being patient and understanding while waiting for the county to decide, but said a verdict must be reached before February is over.
“We’ll hold it for another two weeks,” Black said.
