Two Sullivan Residents Listed Among County’s Nine COVID-19 Deaths

Two Sullivan residents are among Franklin County’s nine COVID-19 deaths that were released on Friday.

The deaths occurred between November 2021 and March 2022.

They are identified as two males, ages 65 and 69.

Seven other residents have died from the virus, including a 51-year-old Leslie man, a 27-year-old Union woman, an 80-year old Washington woman; a 60-year-old St. Clair man; an 83-year-old Villa Ridge man; a 90-year-old Washington man and a 61-year-old Pacific woman.

Franklin County has lost 292 residents as confirmed COVID-19 deaths and another 46 are probable.

The county reported just 26 new cases for the week, with three people hospitalized.
