Franklin County Reports Five COVID-19 Deaths

Franklin County reported five new COVID-19 deaths in its weekly report on Friday.

Four are confirmed COVID-19 deaths and one is probable.

The confirmed deaths include two Union females — ages 94 and 60; a 33-year-old St. Clair man and a 67-year-old New Haven woman.

A 65-year-old St. Clair female is a probable deaths.

There have been 279 confirmed COVID-19 deaths and 46 probable deaths.

The county reported just 63 new cases for the week, with three people hospitalized.

The seven-day positivity rate fell to 6.9%.

Franklin County has confirmed 19,993 cases.
