Franklin County Reports 20th COVID-19 Related Death

Franklin County reported its 20th death related to COVID-19 on Thursday morning, the second in the last five days.

The latest fatality is a 74-year-old Pacific woman.

Nineteen new cases were reported and the county's total since March 23 stands at 799.

The five-day average of new cases is 19.8 and the positivity rate is 4.1 percent.

There are five hospitalizations.
