County Reports 28th COVID-19-Related Death
An 87-year-old St. Clair woman is the 28th Franklin County resident to pass away due in part to COVID-19.
This is the 10th death since Aug. 15.
Franklin County reported 31 new cases on Tuesday.
The 10-day rolling total is 309 and the five-day average of new cases is 33.
The testing positivity rate is 5.74 percent and over the last 14 days, it is 11.35 percent.
