County Confirms New COVID-19 Death, 23 New Cases

Franklin County reported the death of a 40-year-old Union female from COVID-19 on Friday morning in its weekly report.
The woman died in May.
Franklin County has lost 179 residents in confirmed deaths and there have been 31 probable deaths.
The county reported 23 new cases and a seven-day positivity rate of 5.8%.
There are no hospitalizations and no active cases in long-term care facilities.
