Crawford County’s general revenue sales tax rose 3% year-over-year in July.
The county collected $197,731.48, up from $191,927.21 in 2021.

A Dent County man has been charged after he allegedly fired a gun towards a homeowner along Highway 19.
It happened as part of a domestic dispute with a woman he was traveling with.
