Crawford County Treasurer Karen Sikes suggested October 29 that courthouse officials and employees undergo various emergency training procedures.
The Crawford County Commission on October 22 signed off on a $200,000 certificate of deposit with Bank of Sullivan.
The CD has a 13-month term at a little more than 2 percent interest.
