Former Bus Driver To Appear In Court July 27

A former Crawford County R-1 bus driver is expected to appear in court Thursday, July 27.
James H. Philpot, 73, faces two counts of second-degree child molestation charges involving a victim under the age of 12.
Philpot will appear before Judge Patrick Horsefield for a preliminary hearing. He has been in custody at the Crawford County Jail since May 3.
The charges stem from actions that allegedly occurred on a school bus in April.
