Charges Filed Against Two Registered Sex Offenders

Charges were filed last week against two registered sex offenders in Crawford County.

Nickolas Yarbor, 40, and Ricky Black, Jr., 40, have each been charged with failing to register as sex offenders.

Black has been arrested and is in custody. A warrant has been issued for Yarbor’s arrest.

Yarbor was convicted for first-degree statutory rape in December 2000. He had intercourse with a 13-year-old female.

Yarbor was convicted in January 2006 for failing to register as a sex offender in Maries County.

Black was convicted in January 2003 for first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, which included intercourse with a 15-year-old female.
