Five More COVID-19 Recoveries Reported In Franklin County

Franklin County reported Wednesday morning that five more people have recovered from COVID-19 and there are no new cases.
The most recent case was Tuesday morning and the patient was identified as a 72-year-old Union man.
There have been 109 recoveries to date and active cases have fallen to 14. Nine are in skilled nursing facilities and five reside elsewhere in the county.
The latest recoveries are two men from Union, ages 55 and 59; a male and female from Washington, ages 84 and 58; and a 47-year old man from St. Clair, aged 47.
Since March 23 there have been 139 cases in Franklin County with 16 deaths.
