Franklin County reported 122 cases over the last three days.
There were 52 reported cases on Saturday, 41 on Sunday and 29 on Sunday.
Probable cases total 1,491.
Franklin County has reported 8,050 official cases.
The seven-day positivity rate has dropped to 20.6%.
Twenty people are hospitalized and there are 26 active cases in long-term care facilities.
